Retrofit Zipper Pipe Flashing Boots

Our Zipper Flashing Boots are Dektite brand, and come with either stainless steel or aluminum clips to close the seam of the boot around the pipe. This feature allows you to easily wrap the pipe flashing boot around an existing structure for waterproofing. Perfect for installing on existing pipes that make it difficult to slide a boot down from the top. The flexible aluminum collar can be formed to fit any metal roof panel, and all boots have clear and easy-to-read dimensions. Each boot features high-quality EPDM rubber material. Our Black and Gray EPDM bases withstand temperatures up to 239° Fahrenheit. Our high-temperature Red bases can withstand up to 429° Fahrenheit.
